The Southeastern Employment and Training Association, the “premier membership association for providing professional growth opportunities to workforce development partners and practitioners across the southeast”, will convene its Fall 2022 Conference, August 28-31, 2022, in Louisville, Kentucky.

On the first day, Joseph will present Unlocked Potential and Increased Impact for Workforce Development Professionals, an inspirational and informational session to “manifest your maximum”, highlighting unique impact strategies for time management and productivity, and practical applications of cutting-edge brain science, self-care tips, and workforce trends.
A 13-year KRA veteran, and sought-after facilitator, presenter, and speaker, in 2010, Joseph began creating and presenting diverse workshops, videos, and webinars at multiple industry events, including AlabamaWorks, CWA, MWA, and NAWB, earning him the honor of receiving NAWDP’s coveted Professional Development Award.
