KRA has expertise in bringing together a network of workforce-service providers to create a coordinated continuum of employment and training services for career seekers and businesses, so that all may benefit from a shared vision, shared responsibility and shared outcomes.
We seek out partners in the communities we serve with the intent of leveraging resources and information to collectively exceed the needs of our customers. To strengthen these efforts we invite all partners to share in our customer service training.
Our integrated services approach is even more relevant as workforce organizations move forward with implementing the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). KRA’s approach to WIOA aligns new legislation with organizational success through strategic planning, operations management and service delivery, continuous process improvement, program redesign and evaluation and innovations that increase funding.
