Following two presentations at the NAJA Annual Conference in San Francisco on March 9, 2022, Joseph L. Seymour—KRA Managing Director, Operational Excellence and SETA 2nd Vice President—will head to Miramar Beach, FL for the SETA Spring Conference, sponsored by KRA.
On March 13, first day of the 4-day event, 1:00pm-3:30pm, Joseph will facilitate Now What? Successfully Navigating the New Normal as Workforce Development Professionals, addressing critical questions, such as “how do we manage our fears, and prioritize our mental and emotional well-being while attempting to change the lives of individuals struggling with the same challenges?”
A 13-year KRA veteran, Joseph began creating diverse workshops, videos, and webinars in 2010, presenting at multiple AlabamaWorks, CWA, MWA, and NAWB events over the years. In 2015, NAWDP recognized Joseph’s considerable contribution to the industry, honoring him with its coveted Professional Development Award.
In addition to presenting at five SETA events in the past 2 years, Joseph contributes his administrative, management, and operational expertise to the association as the Chair of the Membership Committee and as a member of the Executive and Program Planning Committees.
The Conference includes an Annual Members’ Meeting, the highlight of which is the election of SETA officers. Joseph is currently on the 2022-2023 slate as 1st Vice President, and for 2023-2024 as President.
We applaud Joseph’s accomplishments, and appreciate his invaluable contributions, benefitting not only KRA and SETA, but thousands of workforce-services professionals across the country, coast-to-coast.
