Recently, Joseph L Seymour, Training and Development Coordinator, CTWorks American Job Center–operated by KRA for Capital Workforce Partners (CWP)–received the Dr. Albert J. Kerkin  Award that honors outstanding contributions from a Vernon Regional Adult-Based Education (VRABE) community partner. When CWP/KRA collaborated with VRABE on developing a work-readiness program for its students, Joe, a Certified Professional Resume Writer, volunteered for several reasons,  from a professional development perspective.
