KRA Incentive Program Continues to Thrive

KRA/CTWorks’ innovative Pantry Points Program (PPP) continues to be highly successful. The PPP, which is based upon program participants completing required activities and attending scheduled appointments, has distributed more than 25,000 pantry items representing more than 4,500 orders filled since its inception in January 2010. During December, the PPP added holiday gift bags and wrapping paper to its inventory. These proved to be a popular pantry choices, along with toiletries and personal care items for adults, babies, and young children. Everyday household items such as aluminum foil, napkins, and cleaning supplies are also frequently requested. Participants have expressed gratitude for the program and how the PPP, as part of KRA’s overall service delivery system, is helping them to reach their goals of self sufficiency.
