KRA on TV!

On December 8, 2010, Don Scott, KRA Senior Vice President, Workforce Operations, and Alisha Bazemore, KRA Program Manager, were interviewed by Jan Callaghan, host of WHRO-TV 48’s Human Services Forum about the KRA/VIEW (Virginia Initiative for Employment not Welfare) program exceeding the Virginia Department of Social Services’ performance targets, as well as KRA’s unsurpassed participation in the Virginia Full Employment Program (FEP). Chris R. Watson, Public Information and Education, Norfolk Department of Human Services, invited KRA to appear on the show to showcase the firm’s VIEW and FEP achievements: 55 percent Work Participation Rate (WPR), 50 percent Employed Rate, 75 percent Retention Rate, and Average Wage Rate of $7.76/hour. KRA’s 55 percent WPR maintains Norfolk’s #1 ranking among the 12 largest VIEW caseloads in Virginia.
