KRA's Suka Elected to NAWDP Board of Directors

NAWDP logo - betterMaxine Suka, KRA Program Manager, San Diego Metro Region American Job Center of California, operated for the San Diego Workforce Partnership, has won election to the NAWDP Board of Directors.

As the Region 9 Director, Maxine–a NAWDP-credentialed Certified Workforce Development Professional–represents Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, and the US Island Territory of Guam.  On her achievement, she stated, ” It is truly my honor and privilege to serve NAWDP in this capacity, and to represent Region 9 to the best of my ability.”

Also the holder of a university-level Specialized Certificate in Workforce Development Career Advising, Maxine–who joins KRA’s  Kimberly Staley on the Board–shared her vision, “to ensure long-term economic viability for our communities through training and education, as well as innovative strategies focused  on employer engagement, strengthening core programs, and promoting the use of technology to enhance service delivery.”
