Linda Brown, 52, had all the “right stuff”, an AA Degree in Business Administration, an exceptionally strong work history in customer service, a positive attitude, and high motivation to return to the workforce after she lost her job. So, why couldn’t she find a job?

And, her resume was not inspiring employers to offer interviews.”

Employing all her new knowledge and skills, by week 3, Linda was successful, informing Michaela and David she had received an offer from a condominium leasing company as a fulltime Front Desk Agent.
