For 45 years, KRA has partnered with workforce boards, government agencies, employers, and community organizations to strengthen workforce systems and create opportunities that change lives. Throughout that journey, one thing has remained constant: our commitment to evolving alongside the communities we serve.
The workforce-development landscape continues to change. New technologies, shifting labor-market demands, evolving funding priorities, and changing customer expectations are reshaping our industry. While change often brings uncertainty, it also creates opportunities for organizations that are willing to lead with purpose, adapt with intention, and invest in the future. That is the approach KRA is taking.
As we look ahead, we are intentionally strengthening our organization to ensure we continue delivering exceptional value to our clients, partners, and communities. This includes aligning our executive leadership team to provide greater clarity, strengthen collaboration, and enhance the support we provide to our local programs across the country.
As part of this next chapter, we are pleased to welcome Heather Leach as KRA’s Vice President of Operations, who brings nearly 30 years’ experience in workforce-development leadership and a proven record of accomplishment of developing leaders, strengthening operations, and helping organizations achieve lasting results.
Heather’s leadership experience includes serving as a Workforce Development Board member and Chair of the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals. Her addition reflects KRA’s continued investment in operational excellence and our commitment to supporting the local teams that bring our mission to life every day.
These leadership investments are about more than organizational growth. They are about ensuring KRA remains a trusted partner, strengthening the services we provide, developing the next generation of leaders, and continuing to innovate in ways that meet the evolving needs of the workforce development and human services industry.
