KRA Corporation’s Work Participation, Placement, and Support Services Program, operated for the Baltimore City Department of Social Services, recently hosted its first Horseshoe Casino Baltimore Legendary Candidates Academy as part of a city-wide recruitment effort to fill 1,700 new positions resulting from a $442m Casino expansion. The 2-day Academy provides in-depth information about the requirements for various Casino positions, outlines the pre-employment process, underscores the Casino’s emphasis on exceptional customer service, and prepares candidates for position-specific interviews.
