KRA, in its 43rd year of operation, is pleased to join NAWDP in celebrating its 40 Years of Excellence, acknowledging the association’s achievements, contributions, and impact on the workforce-development industry.
To take full advantage of invaluable networking opportunities available at the Conference, Derrick Colbert and Kyla Guyette, Directors, Strategic Partnerships, will attend. In addition, Ryan Rand, Engagement & Development Specialist, and four members of KRA’s Employee Engagement Committee will staff our Exhibit booth to discuss services and programs, explore partnerships, and promote current and upcoming KRA career opportunities.
Another attendee, Zaskia Ruiz, EVP&COO, will facilitate a workshop on the Fiscal, Programmatic, and Operational Strategies track, which focuses on “fiscal management, operations, and strategies to measure performance, results, and impact of workforce programs.”
She provides this preview on Revitalizing Fiscal: Strategies for Success Amidst Industry Changes, scheduled for May 21st, 9:00 am – 10:00 am: “Managing fiscal operations can be overwhelming, especially in an industry where over 300,000 accountants have left. With evolving federal regulations, labor shortages, remote work, and the need for compliance, it is essential to equip yourself with effective strategies to navigate these challenges.
“If you’re a Leader, Board Member, or someone responsible for financial operations, this workshop is perfect for you. It will equip you with the knowledge to ask the right questions, prioritize what’s important, and establish necessary controls to effectively utilize the funding awarded to your organization.”
We hope to see you in San Antonio!
