The National Association of Job Training Assistance—dedicated to the development of government and non-government workforce-services professionals—will convene its 39th Annual National Conference, May 1- 5, 2023, in Chicago.

Seymour, Managing Director, Operational Excellence, and 1st VP, Southeastern Training Association.
With KRA since 2017, Zaskia leads the Accounting & Finance, People & Culture, and Communications Departments, but still makes time to share her 20 years’ experience through presentations and workshops for several industry organizations, e.g. CWA, NAJA, and NAWDP, specializing in issues related to grant administration and other public-financing mechanisms for Workforce Boards, local municipalities, and sub-recipients.
On the Fiscal Track, May 2, 2023, 10:15-11:45 AM, Zaskia will present Preparing for Audits, focusing on Audit Requirements per 2 CFR Part 200 Subpart F, and highlighting audit requirements, required roles and responsibilities in the audit process, required internal-control environment, the history of the Single Audit, management’s response consequences for non-compliance, and much more!.
Joseph, a 13-year KRA veteran, and prior recipient of NAWDP’s Professional Development Award, began creating diverse workshops, videos, and webinars in 2010, presenting at multiple National, Regional, and State Conferences and Forums.
On May 4, 2023, 3:00-4:00 PM, on the Program Track, Joseph will present Performance Acceleration Strategies for Workforce Leaders.
