The WRC, funded by the Santa Barbara County WDB, houses the KRA One-Stop Career Center, servicing WIOA-eligible Adult and Dislocated Workers. Led by Gabriel Morales, Program Manager, the KRA One-Stop team provides Innovative, Exceptional, and Trusted services, supplying employers with reliable and trained workers to sustain and/or expand their business operations.
