Derrick Colbert Featured in NAWDP April Advantage Newsletter as Member Profile

KRA is proud to announce that NAWDP has chosen Derrick Colbert, KRA Director, Strategic Partnerships, as the Member Profile for the April Advantage Newsletter.

His expertise in the operational aspects of program development for economic- and workforce-development initiatives is extensive, evidenced by prior Associate- and Director-level positions with the Executive Office of the DC Mayor, including the Workforce Investment Council; the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Greater Economic Opportunities; and the Office on Returning Citizens Affairs.

Derrick performs strategic analyses of industry trends that enhance business-expansion planning related to vital workforce-services resources, e.g., WIOA, TANF, and ARPA, collaborating with KRA’s Workforce Operations Department to design programs that provide jobseeker-customers with the training and skills development to guide their path to upward economic mobility.
