Summary | While delivering innovative solutions, exceptional service and trusted results, the Staff Budget Analyst will serve as the designated subject matter expert (SME) assigned simple-to-moderately complex contract administration activities related to P&L performance, invoicing, budget modifications and forecasting costs. This position shall also serve as the primary budget/accounting liaison for project managers, vendors and customers. |
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: | Prepare and assist project managers in the completion of cost-to-complete estimates, the development and completion of annual budgets and other forecasting on assigned contracts. |
Assist in the development of proposal budgets. | |
Prepare and distribute reports and statistical data to facilitate planning and maintenance of accurate contract records and files. | |
Assist the CAFO in the review of modifications and other documents for assigned contracts to ensure accuracy. | |

Core Competencies |
|
Education and Demonstrated Job Knowledge | A bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting from an accredited college or university. |
Two to five years related accounting/contract experience (billing experience preferred). | |
Minimum of 1-2 years using Deltek GCS Premier; 1-2 years’ experience with WIA and TANF contract administration preferred | |
Mastery in MS Excel | |
Physical Demands | While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, talk and hear. |
