Career Services That Open Doors to Jobs and Stability

At KRA, we help individuals move from uncertainty to opportunity. Our career services model is rooted in empathy, evidence-based practices, and real-time labor market data.

What We Do

Whether you're just starting out, restarting, or aiming higher, we guide jobseekers toward a sustainable career path that aligns with their passions, skills, and the needs of today’s economy.
Personalized Career Coaching
  • Personalized Career Planning
Every participant begins with a one-on-one meeting with a dedicated Career Coach. Using conversation, assessments, and a strengths-based approach, we create a career plan built with each individual.
  • Coaching That Moves You Forward
Coaches help participants set clear goals, stay accountable, and keep going even when things get tough. Each plan includes short-term income strategies and long-term career goals, updated regularly based on progress.
  • Removing Barriers, Delivering Support
We know life can make employment tough. That’s why we help address real-life challenges like transportation, childcare, housing, and mental health—ensuring services are not just offered, but delivered and effective.
  • Ongoing Guidance and Encouragement
Regular check-ins—virtual or in-person—help keep momentum going. Coaches offer job leads, training tips, and direct outreach that builds confidence, resilience, and results.
Training and On-the-Job Experience
  • Training with Purpose
We connect participants to training that matches their career goals and local job opportunities. Whether it’s a short-term certificate or an industry credential, training is never one-size-fits-all—it’s guided and supported every step of the way.
  • Real Experience, Real Jobs
Through On-the-Job Training, apprenticeships, and customized employer-led programs, participants gain hands-on experience while earning wages. These opportunities offer a direct path to employment.
  • Support During the Journey
Coaches stay in close contact during training to address emerging needs and ensure continued progress. Support services like transportation, digital access, and co-enrollment with adult education programs help participants succeed.
Youth Services: Knowledge to Career (K2C)
  • Youth at the Center
K2C is designed with youth, not just for them. From peer mentoring to youth-led councils, young people take the lead in shaping their futures—and the program.
  • Clear Pathways, Real Support
After a quick and easy intake, each participant receives a personalized plan built around their unique interests, skills, and goals. We work to remove barriers early and connect youth to the services and resources they need to succeed.
  • Career Discovery & Experience
Using the RIASEC framework, we help youth explore career pathways that match their passions and strengths. Work experiences are aligned with their long-term goals and offer growth opportunities.
  • 2-Gen Impact
K2C connects youth and families to broader workforce opportunities, creating a ripple effect that benefits the whole community.
