Zaskia V. Ruiz, Executive Vice President, Administration & Finance

Directing the operations of the People & Culture, Accounting, and Contract Services Departments, Zaskia is responsible for corporate assessment and performance reporting; internal communications and messaging; administrative policies and procedures; and legal, regulatory, and employment policy compliance. She joined KRA in May 2017 as Director, Contract and Budget Services, receiving a promotion to Director, Finance, Accounting and Compliance in September 2018. Zaskia shares her 20+ years’ experience through presentations and workshops for several industry organizations, including the California Workforce Association, the National Association of Job Training and Assistance, and the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals. She holds a BS degree in Business Administration, California State University, San Marcos.
