With more than 20 years’ experience in workforce development and cultivating strategic business partnerships, Kordilia possesses a wealth of knowledge developed through extensive private- and public-sector work in education and human service. She takes pride in maintaining open lines of communication, achieving successful collaborative results between and among colleagues, customers, and employers. Kordilia, the author of A Study of Leadership Development, Self-Efficacy and Career Readiness among African American/Black Women, is a member of the Southeastern Employment & Training Association, the National Association of Professional Women, and Leadership Oakland County. She holds a Doctor of Education degree in Leadership and Management, St. Thomas University, Miami, Florida.
