Since 1981 , KRA Corporation (KRA) has supported the mission of agencies dedicated to improving the strength of communities and the lives of individuals through workforce development programs.
The nation’s public workforce development system must provide workers with the job-search assistance, education, training, and support they need to get and keep good jobs, and, at the same time, effectively engage educational and community groups, and, most importantly, employers.

KRA’s workforce development team is dedicated to providing our customers with the tools they need to design and implement workforce programs that meet their unique needs.
KRA provides direct services through the management of workforce development programs for federal, State, and local agencies, including:

• Job Corps operations
• Local WIA programs
• Welfare-to-Work programs
• Food Stamp Employment and Training programs

KRA also provides research and consulting services that help clients assess program performance and design and implement initiatives to increase program effectiveness.
