Labor studies and consulting are an integral part of KRA’s workforce development practice and span a broad range of programs. We support employment and training programs by conducting research, assisting in policy and program development, and providing technical assistance to federal, state, and local programs. Briefings, workshops, analytic reports, and capacity building are typical examples of our work.
