Job Overview Researches and analyzes issues and trends. Evaluates policy implications and provides objective recommendations or alternatives to Quality Assurance lead to assist policy makers in making quality data-driven decisions. Applies various analysis methods and quantitative techniques by compiling and interpreting statistical data. Supports organizational change by assisting departments in developing strategic business plans, benchmarks, performance measures, performance contracts, and other continuous improvement initiatives; performs process/audit review, redesign and implementation of department activities. Determines methodology and conducts studies and other analytical reviews with implications for administrative problem-solving; conducts complex analytical studies independently; prepares detailed and comprehensive written reports with conclusions and recommendations; makes oral presentations regarding study findings and recommendations. Outlines necessary information to Quality Assurance lead regarding performance measurements and enforces
Tracking and maintaining records of case action forms submitted to the Data Entry Specialist (DES) staff.
Tracking and ensuring that returned/incomplete forms are re-submitted to the DES staff within a 48 hour turn-around time.
Serving as Norfolk’s corporate liaison for G*Stars, running reports and ensuring that Career Agents are correctly using the system.
Assisting the Quality Assurance lead with various reporting and audit review functions.
Ability to provide consultation to Quality Assurance lead, management and staff as a result of analyzing reports, data, and statistics in an effort to correct various discrepancies that routinely occur through VIEW operation.
Education and Demonstrated Job Knowledge Ability to collaborate and establish effective rapport with city officials, corporate senior management, local/state stakeholders and other department personnel that are involved directly with the VIEW program operation.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or experience in related field. Be able to demonstrate knowledge and ability of quality control programs utilized.
Ability to utilize Microsoft Office in a proficient manner in order to satisfy required job functions

Job Overview Compile and analyze performance data; develop monitoring procedures, perform quality assurance and customer satisfaction assessments, develop reports, and make recommendations for program improvements.
Provide data reports using various reporting systems to ensure program benchmarks, goals, and performance requirements are met.
Work with staff to interpret data and conduct data reconciliation and technical assistance.
Assist with Incentives and Supportive Services tracking when needed.
Work with a team of professionals to ensure contract goals are achieved.
Adhere to Federal, State, and Contractor guidelines.
Other duties may be assigned.
Education and Demonstrated Job Knowledge The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be able to work occasional weekend hours.
Bachelor’s degree.
Two years experience working in an outcome-driven environment.
Ability to professionally adjust to unforeseen circumstances or programmatic changes.
Computer proficiency on Internet, e-mail, Power Point, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.
Demonstrate a superb attention to detail.
Exceptional organizational skills required.
