Philadelphia Workforce Opportunities Program.
KRA provides intensive case management, work activities, job placement and retention, and supportive services to welfare recipients who must move rapidly from welfare to work. In addition, KRA provides a minimum of 6 months of job retention assistance once participants are placed in employment.

Single Point of Contact Program.
Operated by KRA for the PWDC, this program provides case management, job readiness and occupational skills training, and job placement and retention services for over 700 welfare-to-work clients who have been on cash assistance for 24 months or more.
