Fish and Wildlife Reference Service (FWRS). KRA has operated the FWRS--an information center that provides biologists, management personnel, and other interested parties with information on State research documents, boating access facilities, and endangered species recovery plans since 1993. Among the materials indexed, stored, and disseminated are research reports developed by State fish and wildlife agencies, the Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research units, the Endangered Species Recovery teams, and other fish and wildlife programs. The FWRS provides storage and access to significant research information developed under the Federal Aid in Fish and Wildlife Restoration Program.
