Human Resources and Administrative Partner
The HR and Administrative Partner works closely with center leaders to ensure the effective delivery of all human resource functions and administrative needs including but not limited to recruiting/on-boarding, benefits enrollment and administration, performance management, policy and procedure adherence; be responsible for serving as a liaison between management and employees with regard to corporate policy interpretation; will counsel both managers and employees on issues of performance and conduct management; conduct comprehensive clerical research using a variety of resources to prepare reports, budgets and other documentation; respond to inquiries, questions, and requests for internal and external customers.
Job requirements include Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related business field preferred (will consider Associate’s Degree); minimally 2 years of HR experience; strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
Working knowledge of FMLA, FLSA, and Workers’ Compensation. Strong verbal and written communications, and a customer service and “can-do” orientation.

Career Agent Team Leader
A KRA Career Agent Team Leader reports to and works under the direction of the Project Manager. The Team Leader provides direct supervision to staff and customers as specified; will serve as a liaison for staff, management and community partners; maintains knowledge of current trends and development in the fields of education, vocational and career exploration; collaborates with staff and community partners to identify individual employment, education and training objectives for customers. The Team Leader will also interpret policies, regulations, and procedures related to the operation of employment service programs; develops and maintains internal program procedures that expedite work and enhance the use of human and fiscal resources; communicates and maintains accurate records and reports of staff and customer participation; prepares reports and other documents that communicate information clearly and adequately to collaborative partners; assists with the development of creative initiatives for marketing and promoting training and employment activities for customers; collaborates and motivates staff; provides leadership in the development of planning and implementation of employment and training programs; and evaluates employee performance and maintains personnel records.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Education, Public Administration, Management, Social Work, Counseling or related field. Must have experience in managing the operations of a Workforce Development program. Bilingual capabilities a significant plus.
