Summary Provides day-to-day program operations oversight, performance and financial management. Responsible staff management. The Program Site Manager is responsible for specifying, implementing, and continuously improving robust and efficient business processes that will provide that will provide excellent customer service and deliver positive performance outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day operational guidance to staff and manage daily operations.
Ensure all contract-established outcomes are communicated to staff, and individual performance standards are established for accountability.
Ensure maintenance of a tracking system to ensure outcome goals are monitored and achieved.
Conduct cross training and other events to promote relationship building between the various offices, divisions and partnering agencies.
Conduct file and computer audits, document results, and administer training and corrective action.
Oversee caseload assignments, as well as the quality and maintenance of required electronic records and/or files.
Serve as liason to partners, prospective employers, training programs, and the participants.
Evaluate assigned employee performance, prepare performance appraisals, and recommend and document disciplinary action.
Facilitate staff meetings and staff training as directed.
Attend meetings, trainings, seminars and workshops as directed
Provide other related duties as required and directed.

Education and Demonstrated Job Knowledge Bachelor’s degree from an accredited US college or university in business, management or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage and operate an effective adult learning, workforce development, or employment placement business.
Demonstrated competencies in communication, strategic planning, problem solving, financial management and team leadership.
Knowledge of WIA customers.
Other Skill and Abilities Personal computer literacy is required, including high proficiency with the Internet, e-mail, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Ability to professionally adjust to unforeseen circumstances or programmatic changes. Strong organizational and time management skills. Must be resourceful and able to work independently as well as in a team setting. Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
