| Job Overview | KRA seeks a committed, reliable, and highly motivated professional to provide quality assurance and monitoring of a One-Stop Career system and performance requirements. |
| Duties & Responsibilities | Ensure staff is complying with contractual requirements for benchmarks and participation rates. |
| Conduct file and computer audits, document results, and design corrective action procedures. | |
| Review and advise senior management with regard to work verification, participation rates, corrective action logs, procedures, and monthly contact. | |
| Review and report staff compliance data to the Deputy Directors including: customer registration, individual employment plans, monthly reports, benchmarks, case closures, and retention. | |
| Provide requested data to the management team in a timely manner. | |
| Determine, document, and forward areas that need improvement to the management team. | |
| Review current policies and regulations to ensure program quality standards. | |
| Provide support to Deputy Directors and follow-up with needed corrections requested in a timely manner. | |
| Review documentation in the files and to ensure quality, accuracy, consistency, compliance, and completeness. | |
| Create and maintain a database to track errors and corrections. | |
| Education and Demonstrated Job Knowledge | Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred. |
| Ability to work with unemployed and underemployed populations | |
| Excellent oral and written communication skills | |
