Job Overview KRA seeks a committed, reliable, and highly motivated professional to assist the Project Director in administering clerical, financial, and human resources related programs.
Duties & Responsibilities Assist Project Director and senior managers with all administrative, clerical, and financial activities as assigned.
Conduct comprehensive clerical research using a variety of resources to complete, prepare, assemble, process, and/or generate reports and other documentation, or to respond to inquiries, questions, or requests.
Serve as HR Partner for site location and liaison to headquarters HR assuming responsibility for tactical human resources processes and paperwork, and maintenance of personnel/medical files.
Orient new employees with information about policies, procedures, working conditions, wages, and benefits.
Complete, check, and forward all new employee paperwork to HQ.
Advise and update managers and staff on organizational policy changes relating to performance and behavioral management, absenteeism, and changed or new benefits.
Report all personnel changes to HQ utilizing HR Data base and Personnel Transaction (PT) form when necessary.
Serve as liaison between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and applying company policies, and helping to resolve work-related issues.
Complete complex procession of documents and/or transactions for assigned organizational unit, program area, and/or specialized function or activity.
Education and Demonstrated Job Knowledge Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Office Management or related field OR an Associate’s Degree, or equivalent, AND at least 2 years of experience providing advanced level administrative support in accounting, budgeting, human resources, and/or purchasing.
Must possess excellent knowledge and experience in the use of the Internet, E-mail, Windows 2007, Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
Ability to enter data from forms, records, reports, and/or other sources into computer for purposes such as maintaining databases.
Knowledgeable of computer software (e.g. database, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics) as a tool for performing clerical assignments.  
Ability to monitor use of (and maintain) supplies, equipment, and/or facilities for assigned work unit or program area.
