Duties & Responsibilities  Serve as a communication link between businesses and their needs and the workforce development system and its services.
Identify challenges/unmet needs and workforce solutions from a business perspective.
Work closely with career agent staff in meeting benchmarks and participation rates.  
Provide individualized job placement services for enrolled customers.
Ensure each customer is prepared for employment by reviewing credentials and employment skills.
Pursue jobs aggressively, professionally, and quickly to place customers in the most effective way.
Education and Demonstrated Job Knowledge  Combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college and university with a Bachelors degree in business, public administration behavioral science or related field.
Two years of work experience in case management, career counseling, job development and placement.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with business partners and associates.
