| Job Overview | KRA seeks committed, reliable, and highly motivated professional to perform professional and technical work implementing the delivery of Intensive and Case Management services for a one-stop workforce development operation. |
| Duties & Responsibilities | Supervise and evaluate staff performance and daily operations. |
| Work with the Project Director to ensure that Intensive and Case Management operations are performed in compliance with policies and procedures and toward stated goals. | |
| Conduct cross training and other events to promote relationship building between the various offices, divisions, and partnering agencies. | |
| Manage and ensure staff compliance including: registration of customer, individual employment plans, monthly reports, benchmarks, case closures, and retention. | |
| Conduct outreach and recruitment efforts, and file and computer audits | |
| Oversee caseload assignments, and quality of required files and records. | |
| Serve as a liaison to partners, prospective employers, training programs, and program participants. | |
| Evaluate assigned employee performance, prepare performance appraisals, and recommend and document disciplinary action. | |
| Facilitate staff meetings and staff training as directed. | |
| Attend meetings, trainings, seminars, and workshops as directed. | |
| Perform other related duties as required and directed. | |
| Education and Demonstrated Job Knowledge | Master’s degree preferred; combination of education and experience equivalent will be considered. |
| Minimum 5 years experience in workforce development. | |
| Knowledge of laws and policies governing workforce development programs; thorough knowledge of operational systems; knowledge of management principles; strong written and oral communications skills. | |
| Ability to handle multiple projects; to establish and maintain
effective relationships; professionally supervise staff |
